A judgement free zone! We all struggle with something and life gets in the way, we get it! We provide a free consultation to go over what you need assistance with, we haul away any donations after your service is complete, and we ensure communication with clients between sessions so you know you are not alone.
What should I expect from the consultation?
It can last up to an hour or less, depending on how deep we dive into each room and any additional questions both parties may have. We go through each room you want to discuss, talk about what the goal is and other follow-up questions.
Do I have to clean before our consultation?
No, we like to see how the house is regularly so I can come up with alternative solutions that will make a long-term impact
Do you take the donations?
Yes, I remove all donations unless there is a specific center you would like to donate to. Depending on the items I bring them to several different donation centers.
Where do the donations go?
Some of my client’s items will be designated as donations during the organizing process. I’ve carefully chosen local charities to work where I feel those donations will help and do the most good.
No, there will be encouragement to let items go. If items are released, we will assist with where they will go.
Do I have to purchase shelves and bins?
No, we usually work with what you have. If you are looking for recommendations, we would be happy to discuss options further and send links to where they can be purchased.
Will I be doing this alone?
We will be working alongside you as we cannot make decisions on your items. Once we go over everything we typically work alone while placing the items into their new designated areas, unless you would like to be apart of the process.
How will I know where everything is when you are done?
Halfway through we like to show/ explain our idea of what we envision the space to look like based on our conversations. Once completed we walk you through the space so you know where to find everything. We always ensure our clients to reach out to us if they are struggling to find something, often times we know right where they are.
